Contact
One address, read by a person. There is no form and no ticket number.
Email [email protected].
What to write about
- A correction. If something on a page is wrong, say which page and which part. Corrections are made with a note on the page rather than quietly, so tell us if you would rather not be credited.
- A data request. Use “Data request” as the subject, and see the privacy policy for what this site holds, which is close to nothing.
- An app we have not covered. Suggestions are welcome. Not every app gets a page, because the roster is kept to apps a meaningful number of people are actually choosing between.
- Press or research. Say what you are working on and what you need.
What this address cannot help with
This site does not operate a dating app, does not hold accounts, and has no access to any platform’s data or support systems. It cannot recover an account, remove a photograph, resolve a ban, refund a subscription, or look up who liked you. Those requests have to go to the app itself.
If you are dealing with fraud, do not write here first. Report it to the relevant authority in your country and contact your bank.
